Everywhere and Nowhere: Information Literacy in the Political Science Classroom

ABSTRACT Recent research suggests that many faculty members believe their students are lacking the information literacy (IL) skills needed to be successful in college career. Reports also suggest there is a broader issue about uncertain position of IL university curriculum. This article uses data from worldwide survey political science better understand how widespread this perception is, what being done perceived problem, and steps can taken encourage implement training classroom.
